Ted Snider is a regular columnist on U.S. foreign policy and history at Antiwar.com and The Libertarian Institute.

Dr. Pascal Lottaz  is Assistant Professor at the Waseda Institute for Advanced Studies (WIAS) and  Adjunct Professor for European Politics Temple University, Japan Campus.
