In April 1999 Boris Johnson devoted his weekly interview column to Marko Gasic who had made a considerable name for himself as a media spokesman for the Serbian perspective on the Balkan wars. Mr Johnson was clearly impressed by many of the arguments put to him by Mr Gasic. The sting in the tail – his scepticism that\u00a0 most of the Albanian expulsions were ordered\u00a0 by the leadership of the Kosovo Liberation Army\u00a0 rather than Mr Milosevic – only serves to show\u00a0 how unthinkable it was that the orthodox version could be wrong.\u00a0 We now know for a fact know that it was.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n
